Some of my biggest achievements
my Background
Despite being successful at school, I decided against the conventional route of college and university and even left behind my beloved Leeds and moved to Swindon!! There were many doubting voices along the way, but the brave decisions paid off and by 25 I had achieved my dream job as a Commodity Trader.
I loved the autonomy and thrived on the pressure, the excitement and the internal and external competition. I worked in several diverse organisations, trading different commodities, in various locations, both home and abroad.
People are everything to me and I have chosen coaching as a route to help as many people as possible via both my charity work and ‘Lust for Life Coaching’. I am lucky enough to be surrounded by amazing family and friends and love spending quality time with all of them.
I cant resist a challenge and enjoy competition in all walks of life from the football pitch, to the office and the highest peak in Africa. I love to win and hate to lose but realise the importance of both, using the pain of defeat to learn valuable lessons and come back even stronger next time around.
As well as the charity challenges and the football, I enjoy the gym, the outdoors and love to feel and look good physically. Taking care of the mind is equally as important and I practise yoga, mindfulness and meditation and like to expand my knowledge and expertise through any means possible.
